Snapshots of our learning in week 4.

Our Monsterbox learning has continued this week as the children write the story of the little girl and her three monsters. We have been improving our descriptive writing by including features such as powerful verbs and similes. 

Monsters are featuring a lot in Active time too. We are making our own monsters and designing monster boxes for them.

Some of us have opened the Inventor's Box and found out about Rube Goldberg and his crazy contraptions. We have started designing and testing our own Rube Goldberg machines to feed our monsters. It takes a lot of resilience and we've had a few fails but we're heading for success as our machines get more complicated.
